What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and a friendly approach
- Guide customers through service needs, explaining options clearly and confidently
- Collect and confirm vehicle information during check-in
- Schedule appointments and make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technicians and the service team for a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automobiles is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
- Service advisor training, customer satisfaction, or quality control experience is a plus
