Pay: From $45.00 to $50 per hour
Job Duties
- Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents.
- Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
- Provides direct oversight for Care Partners, ensuring quality of care.
- Develop short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.
Salary : $45 - $50
