Schedule: Evening Shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.)
Pay: $22 per hour
Job Duties
- Assist Forest Hills of DC residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, locomotion, feeding) in accordance with individualized care plan.
- Assist Forest Hills residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging interactions. Every task contributes to their happiness, all while following their individualized care plans.
- Assist resident in meeting their personal care needs and provided individualized attention while encouraging resident involvement in self-care.
Job Requirements
- Current District of Columbia CNA license with Board of Nursing
- Current CPR license
- Must posses’ excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to relate information concerning the residents’ health.
- Must meet general health requirements.
- Must be able to carry, push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty pounds.
- Must have personal integrity, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with residents.
