Shift: Evening Shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)Location: Alexandria, VAPay: We offer competitive pay for LPNs ranging from $34 to $38 per hour plus shift differentials! Job DutiesIs responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents. Job RequirementsMust be a graduate of an approved RN program.Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.Must have current CPR certification.
