Now Hiring! Goodwill TalentBridge is partnering with a mission-driven financial institution to identify a HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist who is passionate about leveraging data, automation, and digital strategy to strengthen member relationships and drive meaningful engagement.


This is a highly collaborative opportunity where you’ll build, optimize, and scale marketing automation efforts while working alongside cross-functional teams in a value-driven, service-focused environment.


Schedule: M-FRI; 8:00AM – 5:00PM (HYBRID! – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time; Contract

Pay: $62k-$70k - *pay is based on experience level and is determined by our client.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute email campaigns, workflows, and customer journey maps within HubSpot
  • Develop and enhance multi-channel marketing automation programs, including remarketing initiatives
  • Create audience segmentation strategies to support personalized and targeted outreach
  • Monitor and optimize email deliverability, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and list health, ensuring clean and reliable data
  • Develop reporting dashboards and provide insights on campaign and segment performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to define automation and segmentation strategies
  • Perform QA testing and audits of campaigns and workflows for accuracy and functionality
  • Champion email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HubSpot and marketing automation tools


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM-driven campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, or Content Hubs) required
  • Experience with tools like Marketo or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Experience building or scaling automation programs from the ground up preferred
  • Proficiency working within CRM systems and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience presenting insights to leadership or stakeholders is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
