We’re hiring a WCD Business Services Specialist to help bridge the gap between employers and job seekers. In this relationship-focused role, you’ll cultivate employer partnerships, generate job leads, and guide participants toward meaningful careers.
What You’ll Do:

Engage and develop employer accounts across high-demand industries.

Match participants to employment opportunities and provide coaching support.

Coordinate recruitment events and hiring fairs.

Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with funder and program standards.
What You Bring:

High school diploma/GED required; degree or coursework in business or HR a plus.

2–3 years of sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting experience.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

CRM/Salesforce proficiency preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
