Goodwill SoCal has a temporary Programs Assistant position to provide administrative and participant support that ensures a welcoming and efficient experience for those entering our workforce programs.
*This is a temporary position that will be ending on September 2, 2026.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support.
- Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments.
- Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and assist in facilitation of workshops, job fairs, and calendar scheduling for the program team.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED required; some experience in office or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
Hourly Rate: $21.00
