Summary:
- Prepare and serve customers simple foods and drinks.
- Responsible for some basic preparation of the food.
- Take customer orders and adjust the items based on customers’ needs.
- Handle the financial transactions related to food and drink purchases.
- Deliver orders to the kitchen when applicable, and may participate in tracking and handling inventory for the counter.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Must have prior related experience and training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally talk or listen. The employee can stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. The employee can work in the heat from the kitchen, serving areas, and dishwashing areas.
Work Environment:
Although the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
