What You’ll Do
- Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories
- Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods
- Meets daily production goals and quality standards
- Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items
- Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed
- Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed

- Detail-oriented and efficient
- A team player who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work
- Physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly

What You Bring
- Ability to assess item quality and value
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently
- Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires)
Compensation
- $16–$17.00/hour based on experience, skills, and education
