Be the friendly face that welcomes donors and helps turn generosity into opportunity!

What You’ll Do

  • Greet donors and offer tax receipts with a smile
  • Collect, sort, and organize donations according to policy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming donation area
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist other departments as needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to assess donation quality
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
  • Willing to attend orientation in Buffalo (full-time employees only)

Compensation

  • $16.00–$17.00/hour based on experience
  • We regularly review our pay and benefits to stay competitive!
