Be part of something new and exciting! We’re opening a brand-new Goodwill store in Olean, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Cashiers to help us build a welcoming, high-performing team from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and create a positive shopping experience
• Operate the register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Restock merchandise, rotate donations, and support visual displays
• Assist with dressing room upkeep

What You Bring

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis

Compensation

• $16.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience, skills, and education
• Ongoing review of pay and benefits to remain competitive
• Full time employees may be eligible for bonus opportunities
