The Marketing Support Specialist supports the Marketing & Development teams by handling administrative tasks, data entry, coordinating signage and print orders, assisting internal teams with marketing material requests, and helping with fundraising admin tasks. This role ensures the smooth execution of Marketing operations by maintaining vendor relationships, managing inventory, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities at once effectively.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

• Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and maintaining marketing databases and manuals.
• Assist the Development team as needed with things like donor stewardship activities and thank you procedures, updating donor records, and volunteer coordination.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, troubleshooting any issues with orders, deliveries, or quality concerns.
• Work with print vendors to place, track, and coordinate orders for marketing materials.
• Help manage inventory of marketing materials and coordinate distribution to various locations as needed.
• Help with social media posts and monitoring channels as needed.

External Hiring Range: $21.63 /hour

Schedule: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday

Travel: local travel will be required. Will have to travel outside Allegheny County

• High school diploma or equivalent AND 3 years of Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Associates degree AND 1 years of Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bachelors degree AND 0 Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Required Experience:

• Experience working with print vendors andordering marketing materials.
• Experience in data entry, file management, and maintaining databases

• Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH).
• Must have valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
