Summary:
Cleaning, stocking, cashiering, processing, loading, and customer service activities in an outlet store, dock, and salvage areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning duties (including but not limited to) bathrooms, floors, shelves, and windows.
- Stoking responsibilities as determined by the store manager.
- Cashier duties
- Processing: sorting, separating, baling, dumping trash,
- Loading: loading and unloading trucks.
- Helpers with a forklift permit and following OSHA procedures can drive a forklift.
- Customer service activities (including but not limited to customer assistance, pricing assistance,
- explaining store operations, and other techniques that may enhance the store’s sales and community
- image.
- Other responsibilities as determined by the store manager.
Education and Experience:
- Less than high school education, or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Equipment and Machines: Baling machine, merchandise movement, and storage containers.
