What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Goodwill of South Florida?
Assumes full responsibility for the operation of a Goodwill Retail store when the manager is not on duty.
Responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and training the store employees while achieving and maximizing sales goals in compliance with company goals, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must have prior retail/operations management experience. Associates degree preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, problem and leadership skill set, speaks and write clearly .Excel, power point and computer literate. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
