Job Summary: | |||
The Program Manager will provide direct student services by ensuring the successful implementation of the program through collaboration with school district personnel, parents, and community members regarding the Take Stock in Children volunteer mentoring and scholarship program. The Program Manager will work with staff to recruit and select students and mentors for the program, as well as execute college readiness activities and services for students in alignment with the program model and in compliance with all grant requirements. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the program budget and supervising up to ten team members. | |||
Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Education | Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, nonprofit management, or related program required. | ||
Experience | At least 2-3 years of professional experience working in an educational/training environment. 2-3 years of experience managing/supervising teams Demonstrated experience making presentations to audiences 2-3 years of experience ensuring programs meet compliance standards through reporting
