Warehouse Clerk

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep a busy warehouse running smoothly from behind the desk We are looking for dependable Warehouse Clerks to manage administrative and clerical tasks that support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will make sure shipment documentation is accurate, records are well organized, and drivers, leads, and supervisors stay in communication. This role has 2nd shift openings in a professional, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with leads and supervisors when drivers arrive or depart.
- Check in and check out drivers for all inbound and outbound transactions.
- Create and manage the shipment documentation required to receive and ship loads.
- Ensure all shipment documents are accurate and complete.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle email correspondence related to inbound and outbound loads.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices as needed.
- Support general office management and organizational procedures.
- Create and update spreadsheets, Word documents, and shipment records.
- Assist with data entry and reporting for warehouse metrics.
- Perform inventory-related clerical duties as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required; safety vest and any additional personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided.
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
