Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to display a positive, friendly attitude to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to safely operate specialized warehouse-powered and non-powered equipment: baler, tilter, tag in/tag out.
- Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties.
- Ability to become certified in First aid and CPR.
- Ability to complete GINNE safety certification training.
- Criminal background check and driving check that meets agency standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience
- First Aid or CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and to follow directions with limited supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Essential Functions:
- Being able to lift 25 lbs. continuously.
- Standing for the duration of the assigned shift.
- Inspect and sort items based on predetermined requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to use a hand jack
