Job Title: Student Services Representative, NTI
Locations: Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth --- 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: Depends on Experience
Work Hours: FT (40 Hours Week) 8:00 A.M. through 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends as needed.

General Job Duties: Accountable for all client and program files ensuring accurate and timely data input within CaseWorthy. Must ensure all active files are updated weekly by utilizing Summary and NTI status function in CaseWorthy. Provide general support for staff meetings; records and report meeting minutes, as assigned and achieve and adhere to SMART Goals. Act as primary client point of contact for North Texas Institute for prospective and current students with support resources designed to sustain their success. Provides detailed information and guidance regarding Financial Aid and Enrollment Services via Enrollment Services. Assist the NTI Recruiter with responding to inquiries for services via mail, fax, phone calls, emails and walk-ins. Assist Manager NTI orientations under the representative guideline set by Texas Workforce Commissions (TWC). Maintain all logs with special emphasis on updating student status. Develop and maintain program status correspondence, student completion reports and exit paperwork to the Regional Director of NTI for approval within 24-hours of a student completing the program. Ensure all students billing is up to date and ensure all program supply orders are invoiced in Workplace for payment. Provide administrative support (typing, copying, faxing, printing, scanning, shredding, creating documents & labels, record keeping, filing, organizing, data entry, developing/delivering handouts) to staff of North Texas Institute, as well as prepare and maintain office supplies for the department. Conduct monthly in-house audits pertaining to TWC compliance ensuring that procedural guidelines are being met. Attend community and recruitment events as well as assist with other organizational efforts as needed. Maintain employer list and obtain two new employer or community contacts per month. Obtain a minimum of 30 hours in-service education and selected professional growth meetings, training and activities. Project and maintain a positive professional image with the ability to converse and work cooperatively with co-workers. Perform duties and assume other responsibilities may be required to accomplish the essential job functions as directed by the Regional Director of NTI.
Skills/Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office computer applications, including Word and Excel, familiar with Internet and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail). Billing and invoice experience. Good math, spelling and grammar. Clear oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Strong experience in office procedures and use of general office machines. A minimum of 3 years administrative support experience and ability to learn quickly is necessary.
Physical Requirements: Office environment, mobile, ability to sit for long periods of time, and able to lift 10 - 15 lbs. periodically.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9, ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and meet staff qualifications set by Texas Workforce Commissions Career Schools and Colleges.
