Job Title: Retail Key Holder – Burleson
Location: Store #31 Burleson --- 1725 SW Wilshire Blvd., Burleson, Texas
Salary: $15.86 an hour
Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week). Days and hours vary. Two days off per week.

General Job Duties: In the absence of management, is responsible for opening and closing and the daily operation of the store. Is authorized to do voids, prepare the store report as well as other management duties needed during the business day. Will not be authorized to hire or terminate any employee. Meets public in accepting donated goods. Sorts donations according to published guidelines. Issues receipts and keeps records pertaining to donations. Use material handling supplies to transport, move, and sort donations. Sort, price, and prepare merchandise for sale. Operate POS system according to company guidelines. Answer telephones at designated times. Keep cash wraps clean, neat, and organized. Assist customers on the sales floor to select and locate merchandise, restock depleted merchandise. Performs all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the store. Responsible for the overall appearance and merchandising of the sales floor. Other duties as requested along with meeting all safety as well as first aid training requirements, if applicable
Skills/Qualifications: Operate Microsoft based computerized POS system, credit card draft terminal, 10 key adding machine, read, write, and posses good math skills. Operate Microsoft based computerized pricing system, make pricing decisions based on quality of product. At least 1-year customer service experience dealing with the public is required. Team player mentality is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility and grounds as well as the ability to travel to corporate or other locations, as requested. Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with a ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting required with assistance. Good physical stamina. Open availability to work varying schedule one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing 7 days a week is required. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other Team Members. Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time. Must be sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background check. Additionally, employees under 18 years of age are not allowed to operate hazardous equipment (compactors, balers, augers, tippers, forklifts of any kind, etc.).
