What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Staff position at Goodwill Industries of Wyoming, Inc.?
WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING AN ADDITIONAL $1.00 PER HOUR ATTENDANCE BONUS AND AN ADDITIONAL $1.00-$1.50 PER HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR COMMUNITY LIVING & WEEKEND SERVICES.
Goodwill Wyoming seeks employees to provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We have positions open in our community living services.
This position works independently with a supportive supervisor and team available for questions and assistance. Full training is provided and ongoing.
We are looking for someone who is dependable and willing to
take initiative in the job to ensure health, safety and the highest quality of
care are provided to our individuals. Proficient with computers and good
attention to detail is needed. You must be willing to receive feedback and make
corrections as needed.
A successful applicant will bring their enjoyment of working and helping others, positive attitude, and dependability to the participants of Goodwill. An applicant must
be able to pass a criminal background check and be at least 18 years old.
