Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Will operate floor sweepers, buffers, strippers and various other equipment.
- Responds promptly to customer needs.
- Responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Follows policies and procedures.
- Observes safety and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, and one to three months experience and/or training. Prior custodial and floor care experience strongly preferred.
- Must have ability to pass criminal background check.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Judgment must be used if items weigh over 25 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Additional Information
- Beginning rate of pay is $13.00 per hour.
- Part-time position.
- Varied shift, including potential overnights and Saturdays.
