ADC Attendant PT

About the Role:

The ADC Attendant PT - GIPB plays a vital role in providing compassionate and attentive care to individuals within the social assistance setting at Yamato ADC. This position focuses on supporting clients with their daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their time at the facility. The attendant will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans and respond promptly to the needs of each individual. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or attendant role within a social assistance or healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of client care principles and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal caregiving training program or relevant certification.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.

Responsibilities:
