What will you do in this job?
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, expense reconciliations and various asset schedules
- Prepare and manage daily bank reconciliations and resolution of errors/discrepancies
- Assist in month end closing of schedules and reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts
- Balance daily store and e-commerce sales
- Record monthly reoccurring journal entries and accruals
- Calculate and file taxes
- Perform preliminary work for financials and reporting to executive staff
- Process accounts receivables
- Prepare various reports for reporting requirements
- Participate in the review of accounting controls and processes, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiencies
- Assist the Vice President of Finance with special projects
This position qualifies for the following benefits:
Starting rate: $33.65 followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $38.46. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

Work Schedule
Fulltime, nonexempt position. Days and hours are typically business hours Monday through Friday.
