JANITORIAL ASSOCIATE

*Must be able to obtain a TWIC card; **TWIC card preferred **

In this position, one will provide janitorial/sanitizing/disinfecting services to in accordance with contract scope of work the specifications.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Follow all Goodwill and subcontract site policies and safety procedures. Must possess professional etiquette.
2. Must maintain a clean and neat personal appearance at all times. Must wear company issued uniform.
3. Performs routine rest room maintenance functions such as cleaning toilets and sinks and washing mirrors and floors.
4. Performs routine cleaning functions such as; vacuuming, emptying trash cans, dusting, and sanitizing/disinfecting high touch surfaces.
5. Sanitize/disinfect and maintain floors and tabletops in all areas; based on contracted specifications.
6. Assigns tasks to team members.
7. Interacts courteously with employees and customers.
8. Regular attendance is required.
9. Performs all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages
10. All other essential duties as assigned.
