At Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Associate.
As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our donation center runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include sorting donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash; determining the price of items using standard guidelines; and identifying high-interest items to maximize value in-store or through e-commerce.
You will also be responsible for meeting production goals, communicating with material handlers, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established 5S and safety guidelines.
