Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.

- Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to attract top talent for various retail roles.
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Supervise shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, adherence to policies, and operational standards.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and inventory updates with precision.
