What are the responsibilities and job description for the E Commerce Clerk II position at Goodwill Industries of Orange County CA?
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To perform a variety of duties in support of Goodwill’s e-commerce store. Responsibilities include: photographing products, listing products on ShopGoodwill.com, assisting in selection and processing of items as needed; sorting, cleaning and displaying merchandise; helping facilitate shipping and assisting with pickups; rotating out merchandise, answering customer inquiries. E Commerce Clerk III must consistently exceed department quotas, demonstrate production of the highest quality, and demonstrate a willingness to share his/her knowledge with other employees in order to motivate.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to operate a digital camera and photo editing software. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must possess intermediate PC skills. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Applications. Advanced knowledge of shopgoodwill.com site functions, as well as familiarity with other E Commerce avenues and trends. Must be able to type 35 WPM. Must possess business grammar and writing skills with minimal errors. Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
