Key Responsibilities:

Monitor child support case processing to ensure policy compliance

Coordinate dockets, paternity testing, and service of process

Prepare legal and administrative documents

Respond to inquiries regarding case status and child support payments

Enter, update, and retrieve information from state systems

Assist attorneys and child support officers with court preparation

Contact parents and conduct research to locate individuals
Qualifications:
