What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash register and handle transactions according to company policy
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using the One Touch Method
- Assist with loss prevention and store safety practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor
- Complete opening, shift, and closing checklists
- Load and unload merchandise as needed
- Support overall store operations and team goals
