General Summary: The primary duty of the Enrollment and Training Specialist is to deliver classroom training per approved training curricula related to work readiness. Experience presenting to diverse groups of individuals, should be engaging and interactive, and should inspire and ignite passion in people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate classroom training on topics such customer service, interview preparation, resume writing, conflict resolutions, etc.
- Takes daily attendance and keeps accurate attendance records.
- Maintains a safe classroom at all times.
- Prepares the students evaluation forms and discusses with each student his / her progress.
- Conducts regular follow-up and recruitment for program participants.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a classroom environment.
- Must be able to communicate with students and co-workers
- Must be able to read and complete reports and evaluations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A bachelors degree and relevant experience in training/facilitating.
- Skill in making presentations to groups of students.
- Ability to exhibit high energy and to motivate and inspire students.
- Skills in using all available resources to further educate students.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory.
- Personal computer skills in major office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
