Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives, maintain a clean and compliant store environment, and promote a customer-friendly atmosphere
• Analyze store performance data to guide decisions that enhance sales, efficiency, and the overall customer experience
• Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators to support goal achievement and proactively address challenges
• Develop and deliver performance reports to leadership, highlighting insights, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Improve operational processes, minimize waste, and apply industry best practices to enhance store performance

Qualifications:

• A clear and effective communicator who can present complex ideas and collaborate across functions
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust approaches in response to evolving priorities and technologies
• A detail-oriented leader who can manage complex workflows, track metrics, and keep things running smoothly
• Experience leading teams, fostering accountability, and motivating employees to achieve performance goals
