SUMMARY 

The Warehouse Store Manager manages and coordinates activities of the retail store personnel in the management of day to day operations. The Warehouse Store Manager  ensure efficient store operations through effective staff supervision, inventory management, and merchandising to optimize customer experience and profitability. The Warehouse Store Manager is responsible for driving and achieving sales quotas and goals by performing the following essential duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 

• Schedules and supervises staff to align payroll, coverage, and performance with sales goals.

• Trains, coaches, and evaluates employees; enforces policies and progressive discipline as needed.

• Manages inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention to ensure accurate stock and pricing.

• Orders and verifies merchandise and supplies; monitors costs and vendor deliveries.

• Analyzes financial, sales, and production reports to adjust operations and meet performance targets.

• Maintains store appearance, organization, and compliance with safety and company standards.

• Resolves customer issues, supports staff with service challenges, and promotes sales on the floor.

• Communicates effectively with management and staff; leads regular meetings to ensure alignment.

• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
