In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring quality standards for soft-line donations. You will contribute to donor and customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and tagging apparel while embodying our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer and donor service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Stay informed about brand names, maker's marks, and trends, including vintage and current opportunities.
- Inspect and process soft line goods, ensuring items meet quality standards (no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc.).
- Hang, tag, and size apparel onto racks, transporting them to designated areas.
- Maintain accurate hang and rotation counts while meeting agency goals.
- Ensure the hanging and processing areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room maintenance as needed.
- Uphold and model the DGR MODE Guiding Principles in all tasks and interactions.
