In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring quality standards for soft line donations. You will contribute to donor and customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and tagging apparel while embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Stay informed about brand names, maker's marks, and trends, including vintage and current opportunities.
• Inspect and process soft line goods, ensuring items meet quality standards (no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc.).
• Hang, tag, and size apparel onto racks, transporting them to designated areas.
• Maintain accurate hang and rotation counts while meeting agency goals.
• Ensure the hanging and processing areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room maintenance as needed.
• Uphold and model the DGR MODE Guiding Principles in all tasks and interactions.
