Your Role as a Store Team Lead: As a vital part of our team, you will:

What We're Looking For To succeed as a Store Team Lead, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
- A high school diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
