Miscel Roller

Position Summary:  

The Miscel Roller is responsible for efficiently rolling out priced merchandise from production workstations to the sales floor. This role ensures merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to store standards. While on the sales floor, the Miscel Roller provides merchandising support and offers excellent customer service when needed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Transport priced merchandise from production areas to the sales floor. 

• Stock and merchandise items in designated areas to maintain an organized and appealing sales floor. 

• Assist customers courteously and professionally when approached. 

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both production and retail areas. 

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Team Lead or Team Lead.  

Preferred/Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but is not required. 

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift. 

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing carts and stocking shelves. 

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. 

Work Environment: 

• This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting. 

• Work is performed in both the production and retail areas of the store. 

• May be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels.
