What You’ll Do:

• Determine how items will be featured online by researching similar items, batching items, and weighing, measuring, and photographing items.
• Inspect each new item as it’s received to ensure quality control.
• Photograph and list items online using various pieces of equipment and software.
• Write descriptions of items that accurately describe the products with no misrepresentations.
• Work in a production-based, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy, high-energy, team environment.

Education, Experience, and Skills that are a must:

• 1-year of photography and online auction listing experience is preferred.
• Prefer some level of experience/knowledge of antiques, vintage and collectible items, value and ability to correctly describe them for sale.
• Able to do online research of items to determine market value and authenticity
• Must be proficient in use of personal computers and job-related software, including digital cameras, equipment, and corresponding application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 100% of scheduled hours onsite.
• Must be knowledgeable of the English language and be able to write accurate, grammatically correct sentences.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
• Must have clear and concise communication skills and able to follow written and oral instructions.

Pay Range & Schedule:

• This position is hourly, non-exempt and starts at $13 / hour plus quarterly performance based bonuses.
• Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM and are 100% onsite. This is not a remote position.
