Customer-Facing Roles

• Cashiers create smooth, friendly checkout experiences that leave customers smiling.
• Clerks keep the sales floor looking its best—stocked, organized, and ready to inspire shoppers while offering helpful assistance along the way.

Donation & Processing Team

• Donation Attendants are the first stop in the journey—welcoming donors, receiving items, and setting the stage for what comes next.
• Wares Processors sort through incoming goods, identify sellable items, and price them for the sales floor.

Textile Team (aka the fabric whisperers)

• Sorters carefully review clothing to determine what makes the cut.
• Hangers keep things moving by preparing garments for display.
• Graders evaluate quality and assign pricing—balancing value and appeal.
• Taggers finalize items so they’re ready to shine on the rack.

Backroom & Operations

• Material Handlers are the masters of movement—using pallet jacks to organize inventory, maintain flow, and ensure products are staged efficiently using FIFO (first in, first out).

Physical and Environmental Work Conditions:

• Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).

Education and/or Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School education or equivalent is preferred. Previous retail and/or cashiering experience is highly preferred.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and beginner knowledge of touch screen cash registers.
