Customer-Facing Roles
- Cashiers create smooth, friendly checkout experiences that leave customers smiling.
- Clerks keep the sales floor looking its best—stocked, organized, and ready to inspire shoppers while offering helpful assistance along the way.
Donation & Processing Team
- Donation Attendants are the first stop in the journey—welcoming donors, receiving items, and setting the stage for what comes next.
- Wares Processors sort through incoming goods, identify sellable items, and price them for the sales floor.
Textile Team (aka the fabric whisperers)
- Sorters carefully review clothing to determine what makes the cut.
- Hangers keep things moving by preparing garments for display.
- Graders evaluate quality and assign pricing—balancing value and appeal.
- Taggers finalize items so they’re ready to shine on the rack.
Backroom & Operations
- Material Handlers are the masters of movement—using pallet jacks to organize inventory, maintain flow, and ensure products are staged efficiently using FIFO (first in, first out).

Qualifications:Physical and Environmental Work Conditions:
• Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Education and/or Experience:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School education or equivalent is preferred. Previous retail and/or cashiering experience is highly preferred.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and beginner knowledge of touch screen cash registers.
