Job: Processor
FLSA: Non-Exempt Hourly Full-time OR Part-Time
**MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK EVENINGS & WEEKENDS **
Position Summary
Select and price donated goods and textiles to be sold in retail stores according to the Standard Operating Procedures. Provide direct client services through innovation and compliance with required standards for all activities of assigned department and to promote improve and support the agency as a whole.

Commit to preserving a safe work environment by performing job duties and keeping work area clean and void of hazards.
Actively participate in safety training.
Job Duties
Inspect textiles, furniture, appliances, small household wares, novelty items, books, toys, decorations, and sporting goods to determine sale ability.
Tag, hang, and sort all received goods.
Clean and maintain processing area.
Ensure racks and/or wares carts meet daily quotas.
Separate salvage from merchandise.
Ensure that Goodwill quality control standards are met (textiles, misc., and furniture).
Test electrical appliances to determine safe operations.
Complete reports accurately as assigned.
Price merchandise according to prescribed criteria.
Prepare textiles and goods for resale.
Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma preferred, but not necessary. Basic mathematical skills needed.
Excellent communication skills.
Lift and or move up to 30 pounds.
Ability to work independently while at the same time fostering strong team atmosphere and positive promotion of agency.
Display positive work attitude, responsible, and willing to follow company attendance policies and processing procedures.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
