This is a Monday through Friday Position - No weekends Required!!
The Program Coach will work with the Mission Services team to assist in providing services to community members who inquire about or enlist the services of Goodwill Industries of the Berkshires and Southern Vermont, Inc. in working to overcome barriers to living an independent life with dignity and the ability to support themselves and their families. In this role the employee will learn all aspects of Mission Services with a focus on coaching and monitoring the activities of our supported employment individuals in the workplace.
- Provide oversight of work activities of Supported Employees
- Work as a 1 to 1 Job Coach when required
- Responsible for Supported Employees redirection
- Enhance vocational skill working side by side when necessary
- Provide supervisor with progress reports
- Provide input for ISPs and annual review
- Coordinate daily with training center supervisors to determine work assignments
- Report all challenges with supported employees to Supervisor to Supported Employee Programs
- Be aware of safety issues of the workplace and all safety plans to evacuation in case of fire or any type of Emergency.
- Maintain client paperwork as required and insure processing is timely and efficient.
- Perform all other duties as requested
Job Type: Part-time
