Join our team as a Goodwill Team Member and play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide community services through retail operations. Duties
- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and fostering positive client interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and answer questions about products or store policies.
- Handle incoming donations, sorting, pricing, and displaying merchandise in accordance with store standards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely to move, organize, and stock inventory efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and donation areas to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Support team members in daily store operations, including cash register duties and inventory management.
- Contribute to a friendly and inclusive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store goals.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma preferred, but not required.
- Basic mathematical skills needed.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work both in teams and independently.
- Preferably work experience in retail, willingly displaying a positive work attitude, and following company attendance policies and processing procedures.
- Preferably with a flexible schedule depending on store demands.
