SUPERVISES: Donation Center Attendants STATUS: Hourly, Full-time
Mission Contribution:
Providing donors world class customer service and efficiently processing donations to be sent to our stores.
Function:
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Attended Donation Centers.
Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).
- Ensure each ADC is clean, neat, organized, and safe.
- Train new Donation Attendants at the ADC they are assigned to.
- Audit ADCs to ensure commitment to Riverflow.
- Ensure Donation Attendants are providing world class customer service.
- Fill in as needed when an ADC is not covered.
- Ensure donations are processed in 24 hours.
- Ensure that no salvage, recycling or hazardous materials are disposed of improperly.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies.
- Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.
- Regular attendance is required as outlined in Goodwills attendance policy.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must have a valid drivers license for at least 3 years, liability automobile insurance and be insurable through the agencys insurance carrier.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a drug screen, including random drug testing as required by the Drug Free Workplace policy.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently, 75lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. with assistance, occasionally.
- Ability to engage in frequent bending, stretching and stooping.
- Ability to engage in prolonged standing, walking and twisting.
- Ability to push equipment on wheels weighing 50 lbs. to 150 lbs.
- Ability to use fingers, hands and wrists, repetitively.
Working Conditions:
Considerable physical exertion. Exposure to soiled and damaged donated goods materials. Exposure to a variety of weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.).
