🔹 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience in the insurance industry
 🔹 Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, and close sales
 🔹 Active P&C Producer License (required)
🔹 Strong organizational and communication skills
🔹 Multilingual (Russian, Lithuanian, or Spanish) a plus
