E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist - Brooklyn Park, MN - (Part-Time)

Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to online shoppers, in store pick-up customers, and 3rd party shipping vendors at Goodwill-Easter Seals’ e-commerce facility. This position provides guidance to customers for in-person customer pickups and online customer questions.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $17.20 - $23.66/hr

Essential Functions:

• Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operations: Ensures E-Commerce’s customer service activity runs efficiently and effectively.
• People Management: Coaches, trains and develops employees by providing clear direction and challenging goals.
• Services and Programs: Ensures continued community involvement and education around GESMN.
• Safety & Asset Protection: Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives.

About You:

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize.

Prior Experience & Education:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• High school diploma preferred
