- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Manage retail operations, ensure quality goods, and proper pricing of goods.
- Hire, train, coach, evaluate, motivate and supervise all outlet personnel to maintain and exceed the Agency’s operational standards.
- Accountable for daily sales, scheduling of staff and operating within budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain overall store appearance and housekeeping standards of cleanliness, layout, and organization of sales floor and store grounds.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to further the mission.
- Comply with Agency policies and DGR standard operating procedures (SOPs) and attend scheduled meetings and training.
- Greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
- Assist and resolve any complaint and report to management, as needed.
- Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips and balancing cash drawers.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report on any unsafe work conditions, accidents or injuries immediately.
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
- High School diploma or GED, preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, prior retail experience or customer service/ relations experience.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Car Insurance Verification, required.
- Must pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record.
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
- Reliable transportation and communication, required.
- Bilingual a plus.

- This work is physical and requires the following activities: Standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing and reaching for long periods of time; occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, smelling and visual acuity.
- The ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds, or more with assistance.
- Employee is required to operate a computer.
- Works in climate-controlled retail or production environment most of the time but will be exposed to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.
- Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. The work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays, and weekends are required.
- Moderate noise level.
- Works 40 hours per week or more when required.
- Occasional travel required.
