Qualifications
Customer Service Professional with a focus on end-to-end order processing, with high-volume data entry, detailed & correctly for the customer's order making sure it is 'right the first time'. Skilled at maintaining systematic records to ensure 100% accuracy in invoicing and payment processing.
Expert at resolving complex customer concerns through active listening and empathy, maintaining professional composure while ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the company
Managing & shifting priorities with detailed high-volume workloads
Meticulous in managing multiple concurrent deadlines through proactive scheduling and task prioritization
Proficiency with Microsoft outlook (Email)
Excellent grammar and spelling
GOODSON is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of tools and supplies for engine builders, coated abrasive belts and discs and the sizing and reshaping of abrasive grinding wheels for industry.
This is a full time position, 8:00-5:00 pm
