Job Title: Full-Time Video Editor (Full time in office)

At our LA office, we supervise the production and post-production of our locally produced vertical short series. Responsibilities:
- Edit live-action vertical videos
- Basic sound design
- Handle the turnover process for other post departments
- Other related work as instructed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in editing with Davinci Resolve.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work full-time, in person at our LA Office in West Hollywood.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of editorial project management and file organization.
- Basic understanding of vertical series.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past experience in Vertical Narrative editing.
- Past experience in collaboration with other editors and post-production departments.
- Bachelor's degree in film production or related field.
- Familiarity with basic VFX compositing and After Effects is a plus.
- Experience with AIGC
- Proficiency in other relevant tools (Adobe Premiere, Avid Pro Tools) is a plus.
- Ability to start ASAP
