Finance & Accounting Manager

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 base plus bonus eligibility; compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Position Overview

Goods iQ is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager, reporting directly to the CFO. As a key member of our team, this individual will support the CFO in managing the day-to-day department duties and initiatives which will consistently provide diversity of job duties, new challenges, and learning opportunities.

Experience & Required Skills

· Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets efficiently and accurately using advanced excel functions and AI

· Ability to think critically and flexibly to develop solutions and follow through on tasks and initiatives to completion

· Continuous improvement mindset to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting efficiencies

· Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP

· Hands-on experience with journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, variance analyses, the month-end close process, and financial statement preparation

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

· 3 years of accounting or finance, public accounting financial auditing a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· CPA or MBA preferred

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus
