Busser/Food Runner

Our eatery is located on 101 in beautiful Encinitas, CA. We are a full-service restaurant open for breakfast and lunch and we have a 100% Organic Coffee Bar.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Carries plates and/or service trays to and from kitchen to our guests.
• Completes all assigned opening and closing side work to prepare dining room and service stations for service.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of restaurant including rest rooms and tables floors and chairs.
• Replenishes supply of stocks such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Assists servers, baristas and customers as needed throughout the shift.
• Lifts and carries garbage from the restaurant and disposes of in proper areas.
• Communicates with host/hostess and manager when tables have been cleared.
• Applies knowledge of full menu and other restaurant information such as restaurant hours, table numbers and types of payments.
