General Kitchen & Delivery Associate
Goodness To Go is looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking General Kitchen & Delivery Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that supports several areas of our daily operation, including kitchen cleanup, retail food preparation, catering order packing, deliveries, and customer service.
Schedule
Wednesday–Sunday, approximately 35 hours per week:
- Wednesday–Friday: 12:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Applicants must be consistently available for the full schedule, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and maintain clean, organized kitchen and work areas
- Assist with general store cleaning and end-of-day tasks
- Portion, package, label, and stock baked goods and prepared retail food items
- Carefully pack and verify catering and customer orders
- Deliver catering orders and customer orders safely and professionally
- Provide friendly, helpful service when interacting with customers
- Assist team members with other general kitchen and store operations as needed
- Follow food-safety, cleanliness, and quality-control standards
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent Wednesday–Sunday schedule
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when packing and checking orders
- Willing to help wherever needed and work as part of a team
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing a combination of cleaning, dishwashing, food packaging, delivery, and customer-service duties
Previous kitchen, food-service, delivery, or customer-service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
